It's important to clarify what I mean by a "nonsense manager." If I am referring to a manager who is not serious about their job or makes arbitrary decisions without any logic or reasoning, then such a manager would not contribute to better performance in an organization. 
On the other hand, if I am referring to a manager who is able to think outside the box and come up with unconventional solutions to problems, then such a manager could indeed be beneficial for an organization's performance. 
Creative and innovative thinking can lead to new ideas, increased productivity, and improved efficiency. The type of manager that would contribute to better performance depends on the specific needs and goals of the organization. It's important to have a manager who has the right mix of skills, experience, and leadership qualities to help the organization succeed

If I am referring to a manager who exhibits bad behavior towards staff, outsiders, and has a "my way or the highway" mentality, then such a manager is unlikely to contribute positively to an organization's performance.

Moreover, a manager who has no logic or reasoning behind their decisions is unlikely to make effective and efficient choices for the organization.

In such a scenario, it is not a trick of the owner, nor is it a hopeless position of the owner. Instead, it's a failure on the part of the organization to have effective management and leadership in place. It is essential for organizations to have ethical, competent, and skilled managers who can create a positive work environment and drive the organization towards success.


A manager who exhibits negative behavior and has no logic behind their decision-making is not the answer to achieving better performance. Instead, the organization should strive to find a manager who has the right mix of skills, experience, and leadership qualities to lead the organization towards success.

ON THE OTHER HAND IF I MEAN

If I am referring to a manager who can think outside the box, then such a manager could be a valuable asset to an organization. A manager who thinks outside the box can bring new perspectives and fresh ideas to the organization. This can help the organization to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
